last night, I biked home from jasmines. i think that counts as one nights cardio, so I skipped exercise that night. tonight, I did two 20 minute programmed runs on the treadmill, 6x20 (bar with weights)-lifting things, and 6x20 of a new, effective ass-muscle exercise I have found. it involves holding the bar with weights for leverage while raising my straightened legs as far as I can up in the air, with back or butt on the seat. good news: my legs have better muscle definition, my arms have slightly better definition, and while my belly is still globular, I can feel 2 more abs underneath the flab. I am improving!
in other news, I located another music cd I lost a long time ago, and the tunes on it are among the rocking-est of all the cds I've lost. need to remember to burn a few cds at school...
I love that kind of music where there are some stoners playing bongo drums in the background, and some girl singing senseless tunes that she thinks are, like, far out man.
oh, and jasmine, you need to work on your stoner talk. it's nice, but it could be so much more. I'm listening to some black and white-ages french girl singing. she is singing about something in paris, and it is old-fashioned.
'peace in our time bro', an inspiring man once said to me. I pass that on to you.

from there to here,
from here to there,
funny things are everywhere.
if you haven't done you should,
for that is fun,
and fun is good.

Like..Man..Things are twirling around..Colors... Colors we never even knew EXISTED, man..

see, this is exactly what I'm talking about. they're all colours we knew existed, but had not before perceived. I demand the highest standards in my stoner talk. something deep about the high ideals of the marxist leninist party, and the applications of those ideals to colour theory, for example.
